Blemishes are darkened or hyper pigmented areas of the skin due to skin acne. This may be due to pimples, blackheads, whiteheads or may be de due to scars left after a chickenpox attack. Home Remedies for Blemishes:

  • Smash Pineapple to form a paste and apply this on blemishes. This helps to cure blemishes.
  • Grate potato and squeeze it to take the juice. Mix 1teaspoon of grated potato juice, 1teaspoon of honey and few drops of lemon juice and apply over blemishes. This is helpful to treat blemishes caused by sun tan.
  • Lemon helps to lighten acne scars. So squeeze lemon into a cotton ball and apply on the scars and blemishes regularly.
  • Mix 1teaspoon of rosewater and 1teaspoon of lemon juice and apply on the blemishes. This helps to get rid of blemishes.
  • Apply water melon juice on the blemished area and leave it for 30minutes. Then rinse your face with water. This helps to remove blemishes.
  • Rub your face with fleshy papaya everyday. This helps to remove blemishes.
  • Dry peels of orange skin under sunshade. Then make a powder and store it. Take 1teaspoon of the powder and ix with water and apply over your skin to remove blemishes. Regular application of this orange powder as miracle effect on your skin.
  • Using a cotton swab, apply tea tree oil on the blemishes thrice a day. This helps to treat blemishes.
  • Do not scratch or pick the blemishes

Prevention of Blemishes:

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Eat healthy
  • Avoid excessive eating of chocolates and soda-pops
  • Do not squeeze or scratch if any pimple occurs
  • Include diet rich in vitamins and calcium
