  • Prepare juice with mint leaves and drink for relief from abdominal pain
  • When pain is due to acidity, mix asofetida powder in water and drink. This relieves abdominal pain
  • Cover your belly button with your palm and lie down flat for a while. This will relieve gas and helps to get rid of abdominal pain due to gas
  • Mix 1 teaspoon of castor oil and 1teaspoon of ginger juice to a cup of warm water and drink 2times a day to relieve stomach ache
  • Soak few aniseeds in water for overnight and drink this strain. This reduces abdominal pain
  • Add pinch of salt to lemon juice and drink twice a day to relieve stomach ache
