The simple method is to limit fatty and fried food. Diversification meals can also help you achieve your goals without giving up many tastes.

Very low calorie diet is not a good diet in the long time. The guidelines do not recommend the diet under 1200 calories / day for men and less than 1400 calories / day for women because if you eat too little you will be at risk of missing necessary nutrients for the body. Do not snack when you are bored. It’s a bad habit that many people suffer from that sometimes they themselves do not recognize and it plays a huge role in obesity. Think that are you really hungry? And eating fruits is a good solution. Besides, you should drink much water because water increases the likelihood of fat metabolism and help lose weight effectively.

One of the most important things you can do to lose weight is often doing exercises for the heart. Its effect is very great, especially when you do hard exercises. You must be persistent if you want to lose weight effectively. The exercises help you burn calories and lose weight including cycling, swimming, and step aerobics, hiking and jogging.
